Self Portrait

For our self-portrait, we had to draw an observational picture of ourselves by looking in the mirror. I think my picture had a really good range of value it went from white all the way black. There were also a lot of different types of lines like thinner lines and thicker lines, and lighter lines and darker lines used. I think that the value range in my portrait also created balance and contrast and the darker background gave it more emphasis.
